我老婆有绿卡，准备申请Re-entry Permit （回美证/白皮书）。
本人知道USCIS有如下说明：
“you may apply for a Reentry Permit. You must be physically present in the
United States when you file the Reentry Permit application and complete the
biometrics services requirement.”
按目前的信息，从递交材料到按指纹，需要40~50天。但是，她只能在美国呆约一个月
。因此，我想这样操作：
老婆来美前10天邮寄申请；
约1周左右，收到receipt;
约40天左右收到打指纹通知；
walk-in打指纹，然后隔天飞机回国。
请有经验的大哥大姐提供信息，评估上述操作可行性。万分感激！
