is a stamp or affixed entry in a passport which is obtained from a U.S. Consulate
or Embassy and shown to an INS officer for admission to the U.S. Allow one week of delay
to obtain it. You will need the proof of enrolment sent by Vanderbilt University and an
attestation that you have enough financi
