according to US policy, no restriction that couples couldn't study in USA at
the same time. Though in real situation, this may be a problem. But not for

eg, IU living cost for spouse: >6000
but pudure only ask for <4000
OIS of my Univ. says that it usually takes 6-8 months to change the visa
