Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is regarding the B2 Visa application for my parents to visit
United States during the summer of 2003. In our previous application that was
denied on June 10th, there were some misunderstandings that I’d like to
clarify in this letter. The purpose of my parents’ visit is to see me, their
son, after I left China over two years ago to attend graduate school at the
