After 2 days I sent out my complaint letter, the US consulate at GZ called my
parents saying that they were sorry about their case. They said next time they
guarantee my parents could be interviewed by a new VO. But when my parents
sent them a fax asking if they could be interview again without paying that
$200. They called them again and saying that they were not really feel sorry
about their case, there was nothing wrong if my parents was rejected twice by
the same VO. Damn those VOs! My pare
