I am writing this letter for your reconsideration of my parents-in-law’s
visitor visa application. I, XXX, am a Ph.D. candidate of XXX. My wife, XXX,
now is accompanying me with an F-2 status. It is on our invitation that they
are planning to come to U.S. in December 2004 for the tourism purpose.
My parents-in-law applied their visa once on Aug. 26th, 2004, but
unfortunately their applications were refused for not being qualified under
