Myself: 2001 came to US, never got a chance to go back yet.

LD: came to US in 2000, also didn't go back once.
F1--->H1
Parents: Both retired with very low income < 500/month
no proof of house ownership

VO only looked my documents(visa,I-94,I-20,I797,SSN,Health insurance, EAD
card for OPT, W2, Driver license). Even didn't look at invitation letter,
