（1）父母一起去签，是不是材料要准备双份？那么他们中间一个人就要拿复印件了（
房产证、存折etc)?
（2）我家存折上面没有多少钱，我妈都买了股票和基金，需要怎么给签证官看呢？

两个人一起签的，材料只需要一份。

Stock investments are generally disregarded by consular
officers. These are volatile, high-risk, unsecured savings
that do not establish strong and stable ties.
This is not to say that your parents cannot have stock
investments, but if the majority of their money is in stocks,
they will have a more difficult time convincing the consular
to grant them visas.
