F**k that stupid appointment system. I am using voipdiscount and is never
able to go through the voice mail. It keeps saying my PIN is wrong. I called
the customer service and confirmed there is no problem with my PIN or the
card; however, they could do nothing to help me go through their stupid
telephone appointment system.

这个电话预约系统真的很糟糕。 拖延时间是惯用伎俩。
当然还有比拖延时间更要命的， 就是他们业务熟练程度不够。 我签工作签证（H1B）
换了雇主， 是不可以代签的， 然后被2个女的（2次打入电话）硬是说成可以代签, 说
的很确信的样子。 第三次打电话的时候， 一个男的又叫我打电话问中信银行， 明显
是踢皮球。哪有预约员不知道政策的？这业务水平也太次了。 就这样也能上岗？ 打了
中信银行， 人家确定说不行。 后头又3次电话。 前2次又没成功， 第三次是个女的接
的， 刚开始我佯装， 说不知道自己符合不符合代签， 然后看她罗嗦的劲头， 又在耗
我电话卡， 不能忍了， 就告诉他， 你们以前欺骗我说可以代签， 现在我确定过了，
不可以。 然后她说， 那你不早说。
最后预约好了， 准备挂电话， 我说你们投诉电话是多少， 我要投诉。 她说你就打这
个电话。 我说这个电话好像没有投诉接入口吧。 她说， 好像是。 真是faint了。
总结一句话， 这个签证系统很无良， 后来人做好准备。
