上次公婆来就想以后不会再来, 就申请延期了3个月,USCIS批准了, 按时离开....一年
后, 有了老二, 他们想签证来看看baby...中信代签转北京面签, 求bless!

请问你说的延期是相对于入境时候给的时间长短么?
如果160上面填的3个月,入境给了6个月.那么在美国待4个月不算超期了吧?
下次签证会有问题么(因为待得时间比160上写的多了一些)?

上次入境给了六个月, 延了三个月...他们总共待了九个月...到现在, 他们已回国1年
了.

My mom came to USA for 6 months at first and then extended for another five
months. She stayed at home 5 months and now she applied the visa via drop-
off visa. She was requested to fax in additional information but no need to
go embassy. Yesterday she got her visa.
That is my case.

That is good question. They requested "fax in extension request". I do not
know what they wanted and tried to email them and called them. No one told
me the answer. Finally I faxed all the documents submitted when I applied
extension. Two days later they approved.
