妈妈第一次准备探亲签证。按照辖区属于北京领馆范围，但是我们家在南方离北京太
远不方便，我希望能让妈妈去广州领馆签。使馆主页上没有看到关于辖区的限制，请
问有人知道吗？

顶楼的数据是死亡率和疫苗相关年代。骂了半天LZ，合了集，也没人说出来数据为什么
不可靠。

2011/3 北京和上海区都不再接受外区居民的跨区签证预约
2011/2 现在跨区签证有了限制，如果所在辖区内的时间早于其他区，则只能在辖区内
签。

今天仔细读了一下广州领馆的签证主页，找到了答案：
When you make an appointment, you will be offered an appointment time at the
U.S. Consulate Guangzhou if
(1) you reside (place where you have lived and worked for the past 6 months)
within the Guangzhou Consulate consular district, which includes Guangdong,
Fujian, Guangxi, and Hainan provinces;
or (2) if the wait time for an appointment is shorter in Guangzhou than it
is in the consular district where you reside.
就是说满足第二条的也行。查了下average wait time, 北京4天，广州2天。
就是说，按照这个规定，我的父母应该可以约广州的签证面谈。
