我在学校是GA 工作20个小时，现在找了个intern 也是20个小时。而且我把intern注册成为了我的课，但是人家会pay我小时。
这样违法吗？
学校问聊天international student office 的老大，老大说你还是申请cpt吧。
她说他们不查学校有没有工作。
但是问了个朋友说还是挺冒风险的，怕以后移民局的人查。
大家有没有遇到这样的情况过啊

我知道延期申请要在I94过期前，问题是必须签证还没过期吗？
下面的visa status是指I94还是visa expiration date. Thanks!
On uscis website,
You may apply to extend your stay if:
* Your nonimmigrant visa status remains valid

cpt学校同意就可以。而且是可以full-time工作的。你现在TA+intern，不就是full-ti
me么？
而且ISO的人都说可以，你还担心什么

跟签证有效期没关系

我们是明确说了不能INTERN+TA

我们学校是international full time student不能工作超过20小时，校内校外加起来

20 hours per week is the limit for full-time student with part-time job. and
the typical TA work load is designed to be 20 hours per week. I know some guys earn small money in local Chinese restaurants and they are OK if nobody reports
it. Don't know what to do w/ ur case. I would not do it if I were you, but
it depends. be careful with ur wording when you ask ur school such kind of
questions. If it were not allowed and if they knew it when u asked them, you
could have trouble. good luck.
