I suggest you say "employment authorization", because "immigration status" is totally personal and should have nothing to do with your job application, while "employment authorization" is directly related to your job application.

No. If a Chinese name was listed on the resume, you'd better mention that you have greencard. I got this advice from pretty some recruiters. If you put an American name on it, you might not need that.

我朋友有相同情况的resume是在最前面的qualifications的最后写上: Full work authorization, no sponsorship needed. 我觉得这样写比你前面写的好。
