for pdf file, or word file, I can see the original owner info and etc of the
file.
For jpg or similar picture file, can I get similar information? and how?

jpg 可以有 EXIF 信息（注意：是“可以”）
这些信息包括：拍照的相机类型、照相日期、快门情况、等等
当然，有些 jpg 不带这些信息

识别区分 user owner 是操作系统的事情
windows 这种操作系统是面向个人的，不太注重这些事情
unix 倒是有，可是一旦文件离开某个机器，这些信息也不会带走的
要带走，恐怕又要涉及到数字签名等等乱七八糟的事情了

but as I mentioned before, I think the pdf file has this kind of information
. So do word files. ?
