My Norton said this file PTSNOOP.exe is some what virus, which is located at
C:\windows. and In the Win.ini file:
teh first few lines are:
[windows]
load=ptsnoop.exe
run=
NullPort=None
device=HP LaserJet 6P/6MP - PostScript,PSCRIPT,FILE:
....
