Hi guys:
There is this person on ICQ, I can see his IP, however, when I ping it,
it always give me time out. I have tried both domain name ping and IP ping.
All timeout... He uses dialup and I am sure he is not using any firewall
or some sort... The IP that I have must be the correct one. However, I can
still msg him and send him files via ICQ etc...
Somebody told me when the computer is heavily loaded, sometimes you can't
ping them even it is still online, just like you get "ping time out"

Why are you so sure that he is not using firewall ne?

Hehe, I am sure because I set up the computer for him, and he is a total
computer illaterate and don't know what a firewall is... ;p
