Why don't you just delete those hacked files and change the
security policy. I found IIS+NT is easy to hack, my webpage for
a class is also hacked, but I found it within 0.5 hours and changed
all the security policies and downloaded patches.
Can some good guy tell me how people usually hack a IIS+NT system?
Do they have to remote login to change my index.html or they just
use CGI hole to cover my files? I don't have a CGI there though.

it is easy to hack a IIS+NT system via unicode.
run the patch to protect ur system.
