Norton AV can only scan viruses & some trojans. Gator is some advertise
software
that is hidden in your system. everytime you use IE, it will popup some
advertise windows. Norton cann't detect such things. Ad-aware can detect these
things like lop.com, etc. Ad-aware is an award winning, free multi spyware
removal utility that scans your memory,registry and hard drives for known
spyware components and lets you remove them safely.

and then re-try it

没见过EMAIL有这种问题的,不知道了.
如果你要是在用2K,XP,可以试试换个登陆名,
有些人这样就没问题了
