sorry to bother you all but I really need your favor.
My labtop (Sony vaio with Win2000) was possibally affected by a virus
lastnight and I lost almost all the control of my labtop--all the icons in
my desktop disappeared, but the wallpaper was still there. IE is gone. FTP is
gone. Many software are inactivated. When I click the "Start" button, I can't
find the components of "Run..." and "Shutdown..".
The possible event happened last night when everything turned bad may like
