今天凌晨正在看下载的电影，忽然鼠标自己动起来了，起初我以为鼠标不灵，晃了晃了，
没在意，继续电影中，忽然鼠标到打开菜单，然后打开我的电脑，然后转移到C盘！！！
看的我目瞪口呆！！是什么人远程控制了我的电脑吗？请问我怎么防治这个问题？
拜托各位大侠不吝赐教，作揖作揖，谢过了谢过了。
我装的是诺顿，病毒库是新的，刚才查了查毒记录，看到有：
dcom.exe
cgi.lst
scan1000.exe
是或被隔离，或被left alone的。
请问我该怎么防范别人远处控制，防治坏人恶意攻击呢？
请大家帮帮忙……

the best solution without any further knowledge is to unplug your
network cable. otherwise, you will find yourself in a real pain to
study lots of complicated things.

谢谢，但是这不是根治的办法，我目瞪口呆片刻之后便是立即拔网线了。但这只是一时之
计，没有网可怎么行呢。
这个问题回答恐怕不好答，尤其是对我这个对电脑如此之弱的。还望大侠尽量通俗易懂的
说个法子，不然介绍些网站或者帖子让我查看自己了解，也是可以的，先谢了。
学习也有个过程，就让我现在开始也好啊。

install a firewall besides anti-virus software
or, use a router

It's a long story. I prefer to sitting in front of the computer to fix the
system instead of telling the story. :p
For example, if I tell you to launch task manager and kill abnormal processes,
that might be totally non-sense to you: what are processes, what is the exact
definition of abnormal process, how to kill a process, will the process start
again next time when I start the computer... Most probably, after I've
replied all your questions, the number of posts in this board has increased

OK, seriously, here are some hints to make your Windows more secure
1. Always set a good password for every account in your computer. Good
means it's long (>8 characters), sophisiticated (including number, upper
case characters and special characters, like $#%^&*...) Believe me,
after you type it in more than 10 times, you won't forget it any more
no matter how hard it seems to remember it at the very beginning.
2. Keep Windows update. Either enable automatical Windows update (for
XP and later)

One more thing: if you get hacked, backup all your data, then format
and reinstall the whole system. Keep the hints in mind when you reinstall
the systems.
Sometimes I did not reinstall the system for my friends simply because I
do not have time to help my friends to start from the very beginning. If
one is willing to pay me $200/hour, I'd be glad to do it. :p

??what is that? I just check the network connection, and enable"build in
firewall", by checking 'protect my computer and network b limiting or
preventing access to this computer from the internet' Does it help?
