今天收到学校管理员一封email:
Dear user, the management of *** mailing system wants to let you know t

Some of our clients complained about the spam (negative e-mail content)
outgoing from your e-mail account. Probably, you have been infected by

但问题是附件里是个"qakfglskq.exe".运行后没

先打个电话确认这个email真的是管理员发出的再说，要是我我不会急着点这个附件的，
搞不好就是病毒或者什么鬼东西，现在的email病毒完全可以冒称从江泽民或者小布斯发
出来的

我家里的电脑染病毒了. 只要一上网,立刻会跳出一个小窗口,
警告系统在1分中内将重新启动,然后开设倒计时. 时间一到,
系统就重新启动. 因此我在家里就不能上网了. 请教我应如何
