Maybe your system contained some virus before the installation. Current

yes, it is the newest verion, and i had an old mcafee before with the newest
library. i uninstalled the old version and tried to install the newest one.

I see. So it's not due to virus, but due to some software incompatibility.
I also had McAfee compatibility problems before. Try Windows system repair
first. If it doesn't work, then try system install.
