I have two monitors that I want to use on a single computer running Windows
XP. Could anybody show me the technique as well as the necessary hardware and
software? Thanks.

Your display adapter has to support this, normall all the laptops do.
Right click on your desktop -> display properties -> settings
Choose monitor #2, enable 'Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor'.
Done.

你们Tech的GTISC programs好进吗？

Don't know, but I guess it's harder than mitbbs or earthlink.
