I think we need an internet laws to ban those lousy popup ads, spywares,
and other annoying softwares.
We cannot just buy softwares to avoid them, we need kill them before they flow
around.
1.Set up a United Organization
2.Suffers can report those bad software or website
3.Find out those bad guys and throw them to jail
......
and other annoying softwares.
