How to get rid of the message below?
16 bit windows subsystem:
C\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running
MS-DOS and Microsoft Window Applications....

when will this message appear? Maybe you can backup it and then delete it.

Just google for "AUTOEXEC.NT" will give you lots of hints
try this one from Microsoft?
