Actually Visio generate the bounding box if you enable the "background
rectangle" option. I use EPS files from Visio with
LaTeX without problems. You have to tweak the EPS save options a little bit
in order to make it work. Try not to include TIFF preview and make AI format
3 or 5.

Or you can use anything that is from M$ or adobe to
"wash" the eps file then it will be ok with LaTeX.
I have tried this with Corel Draw, Macrogrifx designer
and Deneba Canvas etc, all of them works.
