We have quite a few turnaround examples in history. Chrysler got bailed out
b/c government can’t let it die. So did Lockheed Martin and recently Hummer
. Ask yourself how important it is a nuclear facility to a country. I think
it is so called strategic resources. As Cshuai indicated earlier, this is
the ONLY one in US. I am looking forwarding to see DOE’s loan guarantee on
USU, which ensure 80% o
