1. SELL-OFF已造成股市恐慌
2. SELL-OFF很大程度是各种新闻象,subprime issue, credit issue造势诱发;另外一
个原因是的确许多股票over-extended before the sell-off。
3.这个SELL-OFF是计划了很久的，从许多股票象中概股，DRYS, AMZN, CROX, AAPL,RIMM的
climax sale,MR, OVTI之类的distribution可以看出，先出2流股票，再出龙头股，用
瞒天过海的办法，相互打掩护，一个一个来。The sell-off was well planned, and
its scale is large, and much larger than I originally thought. The largest
problem now is the resulted panic which I completely omitted. The panic is
my largest concern now.
