要换学校，听说是价格超过$5K的仪器学校列为固定资产，有记录和备案，是不能带走
的。那以前用Startup买的小型仪器（每台仪器价格都低于$5K）可以带走吗？谢谢！

Job Title: Product & Purchasing Coordinator

Job Description:
Nostalgia Home Fashions, Inc. was founded in Chicago in the early 1980's,
and quickly developed a reputation for its fine quality, distinctive design,
and reliable delivery in manufacturing and importing of bedding and home
textile products from China.
Along with fast growing business, Nostalgia has an opening for a Product &
Purchasing Coordinator position for its U.S. headquarters in Vernon Hills (a
northwest suburb of Chicago). The job will be an entry level position
focused on daily communication at any product management and/or purchasing
activities between U.S. and China, also related on cooperation with sales
team and design team for developing best products and services for each
customer account.
Nostalgia is looking for an efficient, responsible, and self-motivated
individual with good communication skills and problem solving capabilities
in a professional environment. Start date would be as soon as possible.
Essential Functions:
 Communication support: daily based communications between U.S.
and China, following through with any of questions/answers regarding to
design, cost, production, packaging, and logistics;
 Design and Product Development support: including design guide
translation and communication on design-related questions between U.S. and
China design teams; track and update PD calendar per work orders.
 Sales support: to manage any of sample and/or cost requests for
customer; cooperate with sales and design teams to complete customer’s
product developments work; prepare Purchase Orders to factories over China;
 Logistic management: to track and record any of Purchase Order
related operations on logistics including packaging, testing, shipments,
delivery, and etc.;
 Other functions as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
 Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English
and Mandarin Chinese;
 Detail-oriented & Willingness to learn from and work with other
team members.
 Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic
 Average or above skill in MS Office and general computer usage;
 Bachelors Degree in Business or related field is required;
International business background a plus;
 Knowledge and work experience in textile industry a plus.
Legal status:
 U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred. But company will
consider sponsorship of H-1B work visa for the right candidate.

The delay in beginning amendment votes comes after Reid has repeatedly said
he hopes for a final vote on the legislation by July 4.
With every hour of disagreement, Sen. Patrick Leahy of Vermont commented
dryly, that congressional vacation is pushed closer to jeopardy.
“I’d like to just have voting on something so we can finish this,” Leahy
said. “Frankly, given my choice to spend Fourth of July week in Washington
, as salubrious as the weather is, or in Vermont for the Fourth of July, I’
d much rather be in Vermont.”

上次以SYNA为例说了如何做swing trade，这次再举一个相似的例子UHS
一般一个股票上涨之前都会有一段consolidation的过程，UHS的这个过程大概经历了2
个月(2005.1 - 2005.2). 在这段时
间股票没有明显的趋势，没有明显的量的变化。最近很多大牛推荐的股票都是这样的，
并没有多玄乎，大家多看看图，可
以找到不少。buy breakout, 可以首先把stop放在support/resistence附近，然后逐步
提高stop以lock profit.
如果错过了breakout也不要紧，如果趋势在就会有很多buy dip的机会。如何确定趋
势呢？我主要用两种方法，一种是
在上升期把底部连起来，所谓的trendline support, 另一种是看MA30/MA10的相对位置
（也可以用其他的MA，关系不
大），如果MA10在MA30之上说明是上升趋势。
做空都反过来就行了。
