收到hr的信，不懂这几个问题。
1.“ You will also need to decide if you are going to defer any of your own
salary and if so what percentage. (Regardless of whether you choose to
defer your own salary, the company makes a Safe Harbor Contribution of 3%
and a 4.5% Voluntary Contribution of your base salary). ”
我知道401k在60岁前取是要有10%罚款的，如果我过个几年就打算回国的话，是不是自
己就不用往里面放钱了？
2.“Contact Fidelity (either at Net Benefits @ www.401K.com or calling the
Retirement Benefits Line @ 1-800-835-5097) to make your investment choices.”

一般公司的401K户口是不能买卖stock的，只能是Mutual fund， bond等等，你去“
投资”版问问bah。。。再有，你的这些问题可太难回答了，十个人，有十个答案；
一百个人，有一百个答案。。。建议你还是与你的生活中的朋友，同事讨论，请
教bah。。。

想回国的,MATCH多少就买多少,要不白给的钱都拿不到,傻啊,FIDELITY里买个2020,
2030啥的就可以了

1. percentage of your paycheck to the 401K
2. % of each sector you want to invest
3. you might lost money in short term, most likely you will gain money in
long term.

It sounds like TI 401(k). Please contrubution at least 4%. TI will matach
this same % to you account.
Vest mean sthat you are eligilable to get the TI portion. As I konw it is
one year policy. Don't worry whether you are going to back to China. The
money is yours even if you are in China. Just put the money there. Trust me.
