类似于74绿这种，通过第二排期交表的原装EB3。
还有一类原装EB3尽管他们的排期有的是靠后的，也就是说以前第一排期从来都没有到
达过的日子，但是通过第二排期交485，所以算是原装3类从后面跑步来拿卡。
有一点区别就是如果没有第二排期，这些EB3现在才交485不久，有了第二排期，就和降
级EB2一样，485处理一段时间，排期到了可以比以前用更短的时候拿到绿卡。
我不清楚这些EB3有没有来版上报绿。

It lost more than 50% from the high of $5000 to a low of $2300, and
recovered to $3300 as of today's close.
