More than half the Senate has declared support for giving Federal Reserve
Chairman Ben Bernanke a second term as members prepared for a vote by the
end of the week.
Majority Leader Harry Reid (D., Nev.) said he expected a vote Thursday or
Friday to limit debate and overcome a potential filibuster, a measure that
needs the support of 60 senators to pass. A final vote would require only a
majority for Mr. Bernanke to be confirmed again.

首先fillibuster基本不可能，正式投票时50%以上也是铁板钉钉了，看来周四周五就会
有结果。
