想问个关于receipt date的问题。
如果两个case：
case A的PD是2012年1月，EB3，今年5月底交的485，receipt date 2016年5月
case B的PD是2013年1月，EB3，去年7月交的485，receipt date 2015年7月。
十月份eb3排期会前进到2013年1月，那么这样两个case都是current的情况下，A比B的
PD早还有用吗？是不是按receipt date先后顺序发绿卡？

上星期聊天，我们楼最大的官说他和他的朋友们讨论，房价还会再有一次很深的dip
原因是primary loan 也发生了问题，越来越多的人会贱卖自己的房子

It's talking about mortgage payment reset, just like the teaser checks
credit card company hands out. It starts w/ an attractive low rate and
then blows up if you fail to pay it in full after certain time.
The mother of all reset will eventually hit the bond market. When the
interest rate on trillions of treasury is forced to reset, watch out!
US government will have to either default or go Weimar Republic.
