新新手，看到这里说interactive只要2000开户资金就想开一个，但是点了“open
account"，然后”start individual application"，下面有警告，“Accounts are
designed for professional
traders and investors; therefore we require the following from customers:
* Good or extensive product knowledge for any product you wish to trade.
* Prior execution of 100 or more trades (any product).
* A minimum equity deposit in cash or stock of USD 10,000 (or USD
equivalent), or USD 4,000 for IRA Accounts, or USD 5,000 (or USD equivalent)
for advis
