1. The offer letter for permanent position proof
2. Proof of more than three researchers
3. Proof of ability of payment
看到很多 rfe的需要这3样东西，所以想先提供上去，
公司不大 IT的，不到100人
第一个好搞就是offer,上面提到permanent position 就行
第二个是不是让公司开个证明签字就行？有模板吗？
第三个是不是开个证明就行，说公司有多大，营业额多少，有钱付工资。最好不要
rfe税表
，被这个搞怕了

我曾被RFE要求这些材料，下面是RFE的内容，作为参考。
第二点：
Submit an organizational chart and objective documentary evidence that you
employ at least three persons full-time in research positions. In addition,
please describe the nature of each individual’s position. Note that the
position held by the beneficial shall not be counted as one of the three
persons involved full-time in research activities required under this
classification.
第三点：
Submit evidence to establish that you have the financial ability to pay the
offered wage. Such evidence must include your most recent U.S. tax return,
annual report, or audited financial statement. If you have employed the
beneficiary, also submit the beneficiary’s Form W-2 wage statements for the
applicable years.

For offer letter, your original letter will be enough as long as stating
that "indefinite duration" or "permanent".
There is another letter - employment verification letter, stating you have
more than 3 years experience in your research, your title, your salary, your
job duty, etc. You can also putting "indefinite duration" in this letter.
