The Functional Interview
The functional interview should be used when you are looking for job
specific information, such as particular skill sets, how well the applicant
communicates, enthusiasm for the job, and the ability to interact with
others as a team player. You should expect traditional answers that can help
you evaluate how well this person will fit into your organization. One of
the drawbacks of functional interviewing, however, is that it stresses the
intended relationship that the interviewee will establish with the company
once the job is accepted, based on what he or she anticipates the atmosphere
to be like. This does not give you an accurate indication if he or she is
the best person for the job.
Questions that you might ask during the functional interview include:
Why do you want to work for this company?
What are your goals?
What do you have to offer the company?
Why are you leaving your current position?
What are your strengths?
What are your weaknesses?
When evaluating applicants' answers in a functional interview, you should
consider the degree to which his or her responses agree with the philosophy
of the hiring company. Although there aren't any "right" answers, you can
ascertain whether the applicant "fits" into the corporate structure,
particularly for lower-level positions.
Although the questions used in functional interviews are quite basic, it is
often difficult for applicants to speculate about whether they will fit in
to your proposed work environment unless it is very similar to one that they
previously experienced. Responses to questions asked during a functional
interview tend to be more general in nature and less informative. These
responses are usually more of a subjective assertion on the part of the
interviewee and it is easy to obtain "yes" or agreeable answers. This method
will enable you to obtain some valuable information, but in order to make a
more informed decision, it may be preferable to use the behavioral
interview.

然后把你ebay bucks清零

有可能是随机抓的
我上次刚买完ebay gc
马上来邮件说账号suspended了...打电话过去就说违反ebay规则
也不说是什么规则
然后以前攒的200多刀bucks全没了

俺手里屯了1000多ebay gc
只有一个账户
一般就是看到95刀ebay gc我一定会买
然后再用这些gc再买些别的gc用用

I figure out that this (paying 100% with target GC still gets 5% discount)
works only if your gift card total balance does not reach the amount without
5% discount. Am I correct? Thanks!

check out as usual using your red debit/credit/prepaid card, at the very
last step, just before you click the big red "complete order" button, click
"Pay with a Target GiftCard" underneath it

You can get 5% discount if you use target redcard to pay partial or your
gift card total balance is equal to or greater than the amount after 5%
discount, but does not reach the amount without 5% discount. This is what I
experienced.
