Let's say that you want to have a sustainable wealth growth in stock account.

Suppose right now in Feb you already made 20+% this year.
Would you sell out all equities and put cash into the money market account?

次级境界，不挣点，但可以用来满足消费要求
再次境界，就当免息cash advance好了。我常去的菜店有个SERVE不收费的ATM，每次顺
手取点碎银子，至少落个方便。

如果你最高也赚20%就跑,那么有很多年可能到年底也没20%,平均就不到了
