drawbrige是Ad Targeting Startup。
我这个小白对于这个公司的理解是：卖点应该是cross platform和不需要用户注册信息
情况下的ad targeting
老板是google出去的女工程师。
1. 不知道各位有么有了解这个公司的？前景如何？
2. 我没有任何和startup打交道的经验，offer给了4k的shares到底是好是坏啊？

1. why the stock price in my IB is different from google. For exmple, FXP=9.
3 in IB,but GOOGLE is FXP=9.6. I place an order close to 9.3,it is always
can't be loaded,but an order price around 9.6 is fine. Seems the price shown
by IB is wrong. What happened? Do I need pay some money for this stock
price update service?
2. In premarket, why one stock's price,e.g, FXP,can jump among 9.6,9.5.9.4
in big scale (I see it in google, any good tools to show the realtime and
correct price ,and bid or ask

确定是4k的share么? 每股按照20美金股价, 就是8万块吧? 有点少感觉...

他家的recruiter联系过我，当时在国内没有面。lz能说说面试难度吗？你面的是SDE还
是data scientist呢？谢谢并恭喜！

确定把，虽然说电话有点吵听得不是太清楚，由于background check还没有进行，所以
没有收到纸面的offer letter。
我也觉得有点少，但是这个公司已经有50个人了，所以我也不清楚啊。

不好意思我面试的是偏business的职位，应该是data analyst
面试有4轮，大概的面经如下
第一面是director，聊了2个小时！（晕了都）
主要集中在你拿到数据后如何分析这些数据，同时也讲讲自己原来工作中数据分析的经
验。
第二面是同级的会合作很紧密的员工，是Business Analyst
3个case问题，都是询问你假如我现在有4个campaign的表现，你怎样决定之后我们是买
进更多的impressions还是减少买进？以什么价格买进？
第三面依然是同级的员工，是Data Scientist，
问了我基本的SQL，hadoop的问题，只是基本的操作和概念，还问了点AB testing的事
情。
都是最基本的。
第四面是个大头，title忘记了，刚从英国飞来的貌似。
问的题目有点难，也都是case问题：我们用CPM从suppliers那里买进impressions
我们用CPC在demander那里卖出impressions，现在一堆数据给你了，你要分析下如何提
高利润？
由于我对于整个ad targeting的闭环还不是很了解，所以答的不太好。
不过那个大头说了一句印象很深刻的话：这个职位就差不多是全职炒股的人，所有的一
切都是关于怎样拿到更低的cpm以更高的cpc卖出去的同时，还得尽量的让supplier和
demander满意。
本来说好的两个小时的面试最后变成了6个小时，有点让我吃不消，而且是从下午3点面
试到晚上9点.
而且这公司的人貌似都是天天上班的样子，我走的时候，公司里面还有10个人在忙着。
发offer的时间也是今天周日发的，给我的感觉就是印证了那个大头的话，这不是个朝
九晚五的工作。
business的面试难度自我感觉为中等，但是我觉得这帮人的风格，如果面试技术职位的
话，难度应该不小。
