标题: 洛杉矶哪里可以代办出生证的领事认证

小孩子是加州出生的，现在国内。需要在洛杉矶领事馆办理美国出生证的领事认证。
有人办理过嘛？
是否有旅行社或者是签证社承接这种业务呢？

3月初online做了个SR，3/09 assigned to an officer；4/10 assigned to an
officer
然后在next steps里面有一行：
On April 10, 2017, we requested information on your case to best respond to
your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time,
referral number SRxxxxxx。
但是迄今没有收到任何RFE状态改变或者邮件或者信件。
各位有没有知道的这到底是个啥意思？

不知道啥意思。我3月7日online做了个SR，3/29 assigned to an officer；4/12
assigned to an officer，今天看到：
On April 14, 2017, we sent a response to your inquiry about why your case is
taking longer than our processing time, referral number SRxxxx
也不知道能否收到信。

to jwang8098:你的SR应该已经complete了，可以打电话问问结果啥的了。
我的这个应该还在officer内部处理阶段

how you check SR status. I have a SR, and I have no idea where is it going .
