怎么网上开不了户啊。我填了之后，人家要我到local branch去开。
还要提供如下材料：
Provide the following items to branch office Photo IDs: Please bring a
driver’s license or State ID to your local branch for each individual who
will be serving as a Trading Officer or Guarantor.
Applications Needed: While your branch office will have the applications you
need to complete, you can print them here. You may complete and return

You may open your account online at Scottrade. However, you need fax over
your signature form to the local brounch. That's what I did before.
There are 3 free trades if you use referALL code.

没有绿卡的话在网上开不成户，最后一步过不去。带着SSN和护照驾照去local office
，十分钟就可以搞定。
Scottrade我用了一年半，除了每笔交易要收$7 commission fee之外，我没别的
complain
