据国外媒体报道，因食品价格上涨，印度2月份通货膨胀率距离两位数的升幅只差毫厘
，这令央行在4月份的下次会议上加息的可能性增加。
印度工商部(Ministry of Commerce and Industry)周一称，基于基准批发价格指数的
通货膨胀较上年同期升幅为9.89%，是16个月来最快增幅，1月份初值为8.56%。该数据
略微高于 9.70%的由道琼斯通讯社(Dow Jones Newswires)对九位经济学家调查所得出
的市场预期中值。
该通货膨胀率也远高于印度央行(Reserve Bank of India)预测的3月底前8.50%的升幅
，这表明食品价格大幅上涨以及印度经济复苏加速。
批发价格指数的大幅上涨部分反映了去年可比数据疲软。但因37年来降水量最低的雨季
令粮食产量受损，在指数中权重较大的食品价格大幅上涨。
ICICI Securities Primary Dealership经济学家A. Prasanna表示，制成品价格对通货

我用的就是priority，刚寄走，希望没事。不过如果用usps express，要换另外一个地
址。

There are at least two ways to cure stagflation,
1. Complete kill off the economy with extremely high interest rate. Then
restart. This was done in 1980.
2. Make an overnight inflation of 100% or more, i.e, split one $ to two $
for US citizens, use the extra-printed money pay off all the foreign debts. Then restart.
Both are shock and awe operations.
