If you are outside of the US for less than six months, your attempt to enter
with GC is not even considered an application for admission. The IO should
let you in without any problem.
Those who enter using visa is considered application for admission, that is
why they should answer questions and satisfy the IO that he meets
requirement for that status

不会有任何问题的。持绿卡孕妇即使把娃生在海外，也具有美国国籍。
