想都不想了，现在就可以提交 EB3 140 + 485, 先拿到 EAD/AP 再说。而且，485
pending 180 天后可以换工作呀。

如果你PERM是按EB2办的，8月可以EB2/EB3双飞，拖到9月就只能按EB3交485了。
