请教关于underwriter的解释# Stock

跳槽下家谈的差不多，还没有签，突然发现PD current了，H1B transfer 也不能加急
了，好迷茫。
请教版里同胞几个问题：
1. H1B transfer 仅Received 没Approved，去新公司上班有没有什么风险？
2. 如果在旧公司不交485，会不会有什么影响？
3. 如果在旧公司交485，是不是一定要等半年才能走？
4. 如果在新公司交485，要等到 H1B transfer approved 才能重新开始perm么？
鱼与熊掌不可兼得，很纠结。

当然先交485等个半年就自由了，这是板上钉钉的稳妥之路
跳槽就要H1B transfer和重新PERM，一要看人品，二要花时间和精力
现在对移民并不友好，能安稳尽量安稳
个人觉得普通跳槽涨幅的那点钱（你要是跳槽当CxO当我没说）买不来心里安稳

investors here are not you and I, but institutions. primary market is for
raising money, secondary market for trading and liquidity

那如果是个特别好的offer呢？
想问下从现在开始交表到拿到绿卡要多久？

心理预期半年吧，拿不到绿卡也可以跳
绿卡就算半年以内批也是至少四五个月

风险在于H1B Transfer因为种种原因最后没批，你很可能就没合法身份留在美国了。
能交485不交，就是拿卡拿得晚。另外，PD Current的时候申请H1B，USCIS很有可能只
批1年的H1B，而不是三年的。
不是交完485一定要等半年才能走，但等半年在走是最安全的。

你要和新公司问清楚，什么时候可以开始办PERM，这和H1B批没批没关系（雇主可以给
不在本公司工作的人办PERM）。有些雇主要等至少一年才能开始办绿卡。

就像前面大侠指出的，除非你这是跳槽去当CXO，否则这个节骨眼上交485最重要，交完
表180天以后再跳不迟。按现在移民政策的形势，就算工资给你翻一番也买不来拿到绿
卡的踏实啊。

I would submit I-485 first for sure, it takes forever for prevailing wage,
perm get approved recently....

别跳。我去年跳的，正在办PWD，现在current了，非常不爽。

具体问题应该问新公司的律师。
应该赶紧提交485，等H1批下来也几个月过去了，到时候直接去新东家上班不影响。不
需要等到180天（我问过新公司的律师）。你可以问你新公司的律师。

不用180天的根据在哪？律师口述？
现在对移民非常不好，除非万不得已被layoff
尽量不要违反180天规定
面试官用这个拒掉你的面试完全没问题
