I saw the tag of Velentine's day item saying "50% OFF are final sale" in a
CVS store in NY state. Is the sale of this year 50% at most( Cannot type
Chinese here)? Thank you guys!

这个打折也是各个店的经理决定滴
最低90%，呵呵
或者清仓区（不一定每个店有）

one of our cvs clearance items are all final sale
