我们两个现在都是h1b，想回国领证，但又怕之后对申绿卡产生的麻烦。
所以想请教一下，我们这种情况，应该在美国领证好，还是可以回国领证。

美国领证的话估计不需要 结婚证公证，如果在国内领，将来帮绿卡的时候还需要办个
结婚证公证，也就几百人民币。

You cannot get marriage certificates in two different countries, not with
the same spouse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Otherwise, you will have two marriage dates, for the same couple, even
though it is in different countries, that will still give people deeeeeppppp
sssssshhhhhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiitttttttttt trouble!!!

If I were you, I will just get married in U.S. (get the marriage certificate
in U.S. So simple) and call it done.

If you marry twice, the same couple, then you have two different dates for
