楼主去年暑假交了perm的问卷调查
然后说11月会做labor market test
问律师或者paralegal，每次都是模板回复
就是说再等这个test的结果，有消息会asap通知我
这到底是个什么test啊？就是打广告看收到了多少简历，有没有match的吗？
有match的是不是就failed了？那就只能重新打广告了？再等3个月到半年？
从11月开始test到现在，问不到结果，正常么？

OK. Labor market test is a part of PERM process to see whether any qualified
US candidate available for the job.
If none, the PERM will be filed to DOL. After the PERM is approved, I-140
will be sent to USCIS.
If there is one or more qualified US workers for the job, your company has
to re-start the whole process again.
