When I placed the order over the phone, the sales guy told me I just needed to enter SUMMER280 to get the trade- in rebate, but when I went back to the website, the code is no longer working. Then I called back and was told they will issue a new code to me(they said it's exclusive for me coz it's their fault). Now I'm still waiting for the new code, they said they will call me next week to let me know. You can try to call the customer service, it's nothing to lose to have a try . Good luck!
