After January 1, 2017, you will not be able to redeem eBay Bucks for eBay

刚工作，今天收到关于股票买卖保税的表格，关于claim that income is effectively
connected with the conduct of a trade or business in the United States
有四个表格，W-8BEN, W-8ECI, W-8EXP, W-8IMY, 我看来看去觉得应该填ECI，再跟各
位大牛确定一下对不对？
然后，ECI line 9， specify each item of income that is, or is expected to be
, received from the payer that is effectively connected with the conduct of
a trade or business in the United States
我应该怎么填呢？
