候才有retention offer，还说现在关卡也不退年费，让我继续接着用。

yes; I did the same thing. When she asked for reason, I told her I have csr
.She started to introduce the new benefit of Amex. I said I know it is a
good card , but two annual fee is too much. She threw in 10k offer and asked
would you consider keep this card if ***. I told her 10k would not make me
to change my decision. Then we chat for a while, she asked how about I give
you 30k points, would you consider to keep this card? Then I accepted that.
.She started to introduce the new benefit of Amex. I said I know it is a

would you consider keep this card if ***. I told her 10k would not make me

看来是运气不好碰到了二货小二了，好像是被第一个小二做了记录，只offer10K，后面
再打小二能看到记录，所以就死活都不给30k了。
教训：第一次打电话要offer一定要坚决， 不给就关。

话说这张卡还是不错的，尤其是希尔顿、SPG、万豪三家金卡，FH&R, DL/Centurion休
息厅，都是很不错的福利。但对叔最有价值的就是SPG和万豪金，还有FH&R偶尔奢侈一
把，550贵了。当然说起服务，运通还是叔的最爱。
